For orders during peak event times, requests must be made at least four days prior to dispatch.
Non-Refundable Items
We are unable to cancel or modify orders for the following:

Refund Process
Once your cancellation or modification request is received, we will confirm it via email.

All refunds are processed within 14 to 21 working days of receiving the official cancellation notification.
